Oral Presentations

Orals are allocated 20 minutes for the presentation plus 5 minutes for questions. Please make sure you do not exceed the time limit.

Please use the coffee break before your oral presentation for the following actions:

• Introduce yourself to the session chair. His name can be found in the program.
   
• If you want to use your own laptop, please test it with the projector to avoid any technical difficulties.
   
• We will also have a laptop that allows to display PDF and Powerpoint slides. If you want to use it, please transfer your file with a USB stick and test it.

If you require any special assistance during your talk or to get to the podium, please let the session chair know of this before the session.
