Important notes:

• One of the authors of each accepted paper must register as regular participant until the camera-ready deadline on July 27.
   
• Student registration is for bachelor, master, or diploma students only and requires a student status certificate (e.g. "Studentenausweis" or "Studienbescheinigung" in Germany). PhD students have to register as regular participants.
   
• Onsite registration by payment in cash only.

Lunch: In Restaurant Schlo\DFgarten
City tour: Evening of September 3.
Dinner: Evening of September 4. One ticket is included in the "Passport" or "Main conference" registration. Extra tickets for accompanying persons can be ordered.
Bus ticket: All tickets are issued for September 2-5 (valid for the whole city of Münster).

 

Cancellation Policy

A registration related to accepted papers cannot be refunded. Substitution of participants is possible.

Registrations not related to accepted papers can be refunded no later than 20/8/2014. Refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 25%. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
