Freiburg has many hotel rooms in different price categories. Nonetheless you should not wait too long before booking your hotel room, as Freiburg is also liked by tourists and may host other events at that time. We reserved a total of 70 hotel rooms in various hotels, which you can book directly via the linked website until 22.8.2025. 

Please note, the reservation is from 23.09.2025 to 26.09.2025 (3 nights) and from 24.09.2025 to 26.09.2025 (2 nights), depending on the hotel. If you are interested in booking for a longer duration (e.g. to attend the tutorials on 23.09.2025), please contact the hotels directly to check their availability. Of course, you can also use the usual booking portals to find rooms in Freiburg.  

Before the dinner, we will offer a guided tour through the city of Freiburg. The meeting point will be at "Platz der Alten Synagoge", just next to the conference venue.  

You can walk up the hill to the restaurant (5-15 minute walk depending on your condition) or you can take the cog railway from Stadtgarten. The restaurant opens for us at 18:30. Please be there at 19:00 at the latest and bring your badge.
