General Terms and Conditions - GCPR 2025

Registration is not yet open. Conditions and fees are initial estimates and may still be subject to changes until registration will open.

After 10.09.2025 we charge an additional fee of 60€, since it will significantly increase our administrative overhead. Also note that the last day to register will be the first (full) day of the main conference.

Instructions for registrants

Students are PhD students or below enrolled at a university or any other educational institution. Student ID is required during online registration and when picking up your conference badge at the front desk. Students have full access to the program, incl. Welcome Reception, City Tour, and the Conference Dinner. The Student Eco rate is meant as a subsidized prize for students who must pay participation partially out of their own pocket and want to cut the cost down to a minimum. The Conference Dinner is not included in this rate, but the Welcome Reception and the City Tour are.  

Accompanying Persons must register separately by name and will have access only to the social events (Welcome Reception, City Tour, Conference Dinner) but not to the scientific program. They must be accompanied by a person with full registration when picking up their conference badge at the front desk.

Acknowledgement

Registration and payment will be confirmed by E-Mail.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations received before 22.08.25 the fee will be refunded with a 25% deduction plus 50,00 EUR handling fee.

Cancellations received from 22.08.25 through 10.09.25 will be eligible to a refund of 50% of the paid registration fee plus 50,00 EUR handling fee.

For cancellations occurring after 10.09.25 no refunds can be made.

Bank administration fee and credit card fee will not be refunded.

The registration of participation is binding.

Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

The conference program may be subject to changes.
