After 11.09.2023 we charge an additional fee of € 55 on top of the regular rate, since it will significantly increase our administrative overhead.

Instructions for registrants

Students are PhD students or below enrolled at a university or any other educational institution. Student ID is required during online registration and when picking up your conference badge at the front desk. Students have full access to program, incl. Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner.

Accompanying Persons must register separately by name and will have access only to the social events (Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner) but not to the scientific program. They must be accompanied by a person with full registration when picking up their conference badge at the front desk.

Acknowledgement

Registration and payment will be confirmed by E-Mail.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations received before 22.08.23 fee will be refunded with a 25% deduction plus 50,00 EUR handling fee.

Cancellations received from 22.08.23 through 06.09.23 will be eligible to a refund of 50% of the paid registration fee plus 50,00 EUR handling fee.

For cancellations occurring after 06.09.23 no refunds can be made.

Bank administration fee and credit card fee will not be refunded.

General services for a congress

In addition to the services shown on the website, which the participant of a congress receives, there are a number of services that are provided in the background and are necessary to reach a high level of the event. Of course, here come costs of rooms and general organization. To establish a program, an international committee can be put together, well-known speakers are invited, a selection committee for the abstracts may be required, or cooperation with the board of a scientific society. If these are not voluntary services, expenses are to be considered in the calculation of the congress such as travel expenses, reduced conference attendance, speaker's dinner or other paid services including any incidental costs such as tips.

The registration of participation is binding.

The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).

Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
