Facility fees

Other fees (f.e. changing name, billing adress):  50 EUR

Registration includes: Meeting facilities, including A/V equipment, free wireless Internet access, coffee-breaks.

 

Important: Each paper requires one full registration!!!

Cancellation penalties

• 50 EUR before 2016/08/12
• 50% before 2016/09/02
• No refund from and after 2016/09/03

Please note, the registration is complete after receiving the payment on our account. After that you will receive a confirmation email.

For payments via bank transfer: Advanced registration is only possible if the registration fee received on our bank account during the advanced registration period.
